University of San Francisco selling rare books to pay the bills


The University of San Francisco administration has undertaken a plan to protect itself from being further affected by the recession, though some faculty members are skeptical. The possibility of selling items from the Donahue Rare Book Room in the Gleeson Library garnered the strongest responses from faculty members. Apparently some auction sales have already taken place.
